Minerva's customers receive new software releases as they become available. The new software releases may include enhancements and new features (extensions to existing functionality) and software error fixes. In addition, a customer is entitled to receive interim software patches and workarounds when available.
Minerva provides technical assistance on questions related to installation and use of the Software during the standard working hours.
